A meridian is a dividing line, a point of orientation that gives direction. For this blend, Meridian represents the line between two great coffee origins: that we love Guatemala and Costa Rica. These coffees meet at the center to create a distinct direction in the cup — rich, smooth, and grounded, with enough brightness to keep each sip lively.
Meridian is our everyday house blend. Darker, chocolate-forward foundation with notes of molasses and cocoa are based on the first bean choice, while the second adds a brighter sweetness with hints of caramel and gentle fruit-like acidity.
Roasted to create a full-bodied, approachable profile, Meridian is ideal for regular drip coffee, pour-over, French press, or batch brew. Enjoy it black for a rich and balanced cup, or add a splash of cream to soften the deeper roast notes. With a finer grind and the right dial-in, Meridian can also pull a surprisingly satisfying espresso.
