Drift Diver Blend

At Taka Coffee Co., we’re serious about diving. Our time underwater and our diving travels inspired us to create this special blend for divers, dive crews, and our local local dive shop, Denver Divers.

Roasted slightly darker than our single-origin coffees, this blend is crafted for a smoother, lower-acidity cup that is easier on the stomach before a dive, while still delivering bold flavor, rich depth, and the caffeine lift needed for sharp focus and long days on the water.

Drift Diver is a blend built around movement, depth, and discovery. Like a diver following the current below the surface, this coffee moves between two distinct origins which combined create a cup with darker foundation, having notes of chocolate, molasses, and cocoa and a clean finish. The result is a smooth, full-bodied blend with enough depth for darker roast lovers and enough clarity to keep the cup lively.

Drift Diver is excellent as a daily drip coffee, pour-over, French press, or batch brew. Enjoy it black for its layered roast character, or add a little cream to round out the deeper chocolate notes. With a finer grind and careful dial-in, it can also make a rich and satisfying espresso.
